Founded under the patronage of, Sheth Shri Naranbhai Bechardas Prajapati, NB Group has come a long way. Engaged in bricks and land business Naranbhai in those days, Naranbhai wanted NB Group to reach its full potential and the enterprise was all set to make its humble beginnings. The visionary entrepreneur was far-sighted in his approach and owing to his excellent people management skills, ambitious drive, and zeal to make it big benefitted the enterprise in ways more than one. His determination and values laid the right foundation for the enterprise.

The firm came into existence due to the efforts of visionary Seth Shri Naranbhai Bechardas Prajapati who was engaged in the brick-selling business and considered one of the front-runners of this domain in the region.
1964
The year of 1971 brought about a huge change for NB Developer as we added land purchase to our list of services. Till date, it remains one of the key services offered by us that strengthened the foundation of the enterprise.
2011
Diversification of bricks business came about in the year 2009 and the enterprise got engaged in construction under its new business name- NB Developer. The firm garnered immense success and applaud in the coming years under the same name.
2012
Owing to our hard-work and innovative bent of mind, the enterprise and Mr. Rahul Prajapati gained recognition and won several awards that established us as a leader in the ever-competitive real estate industry.
